Dining at Seasons 52: A Fresh, Nutritious Experience

| |

My fiancée and I love dining at Seasons 52, and we often find ourselves returning to the Altamonte location. What keeps us coming back is their seasonal menu, which highlights the freshest ingredients that are never frozen, offering a dining experience where every bite reflects the current season’s best flavors.

One of the aspects we appreciate most about Seasons 52 is their commitment to nutrition. There’s no fried food on the menu, and everything is under 600 calories, making it easy to enjoy a delicious meal without the guilt. The extensive wine list is also a treat, and while we usually indulge in their Peach Riesling Mule—our absolute favorite—this time we opted for something alcohol-free. We both tried the Citrus Sparkling Refresher, a delightful blend of blood orange and rosemary, which was both refreshing and perfectly paired with our meals.

Seasons 52 Magical Dining Menu

We dined at the perfect time because both the Magical Dining menu and the fall seasonal options were available. To start, we ordered a Caesar salad, butternut squash soup, and a pepperoni flatbread—all included in the $40 per person Magical Dining experience. Each dish was a wonderful blend of flavors, but the pepperoni flatbread was a definite highlight for us.

For our entrées, I went with the filet mignon, while my fiancée chose the cedar plank salmon. My filet came with creamy mashed potatoes and broccolini, while her salmon was served with mini potatoes and green beans. The salmon’s Dijon dill sauce is one of our favorites—we always ask for extra because it’s just that good. We shared bites of each other’s dishes, and everything was as delicious as we remembered from previous visits.

Of course, no meal at Seasons 52 is complete without their signature mini-indulgence desserts. I chose the seasonal pumpkin option, while she went for the rich chocolate peanut butter treat. Both were the perfect sweet ending to a healthy, satisfying meal.

Once again, Seasons 52 delivered a nutritious and flavorful dining experience, and we’ll definitely be back for more in the near future.
